Elizabeth is co-founder and president of Climate Smart Business Inc. an award-winning social enterprise and B Corp.   Elizabeth brings 20+ years’ experience working with private sector, philanthropic and government partners to scale up innovative business-focused programs with economic and environmental impact.  Elizabeth holds degrees from the University of California, Berkeley (B.Scs.), and Cornell University (MRP).   In 2013, she was nominated for the YMCA Women of Distinction Award for the Environment.  In 2016, she accepted the annual Grand Prize Winner Award from MIT’s Climate Colab.  Recognized as one of Canada’s Clean50 in 2018.

Julie SavariaJulie Savaria (Social Impact Consultant)

Julia Savaria is an independent consultant for social impact assessment, experiential learning workshops and JEDI initiatives. Julie has worked for forward-thinking companies, such as Emzingo, a B Corp specializing in leadership development and social impact consulting, where she was responsible for their Global Engagement, internal coaching and ED&I taskforce, and Ashoka Canada. 

She currently consults for various organizations in order to start, deepen or establish their JEDI strategy or program. She is also the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion lead for the B Local Quebec Chapter.
